Design and Branding Onboarding

Set up Figma before editing shared designs. Complete one practice design before requesting review.

1. Get Figma access

• Sign in with the account named in your team invitation.
• Ask your lead for the current team workspace.
• Confirm that you can edit an approved practice file.
• Use the Figma desktop app or a supported browser.
• If Figma reports expired student verification, follow its Education verification instructions.
• Keep personal account details in the approved internal access process.

2. Read the brand guidance

Read the Design system. Its written typography guidance overrides the outdated embedded typography file.

• Use Neraphic for headings.
• Use SUSE for body text.
• Reuse the approved logos and color styles.
• Preserve the existing brand styles when editing templates.

3. Install the fonts

Ask your lead for the approved Neraphic and SUSE font packages. Confirm that the license covers your intended use. Do not upload or redistribute font files without the required rights.
