• Super cool experience + ability to explain what he did very clearly. Explaining message sending services at Ericsson, and at Ouster, explaining data collection for LiDAR. Also, when talking about Ansys experience, explained business impact of his features clearly.
• Always linked back design questions to his past experience. When asking about humanoid design, he linked it back to a class project where he balanced a ball using a mechanical system. This was great to see and also showed that he had the foundation for the role
